Project Estimator Specialist

The Project Estimator Specialist is an onsite role in Waukegan, IL. Pay is $90,000–$110,000 per year. The specialist partners with Client Service Managers to turn identified repair and improvement opportunities into accurate, timely estimates and clear proposal packages. What you'll do

• Partner with Client Service Managers to prioritize and respond to repair opportunities
• estimate labor, equipment, materials, subcontractors, production rates, and project risk
• prepare proposals for stormwater repair and restoration projects
• review plans, as-built drawings, inspection reports, and compliance notices
• conduct site visits
• participate in pre-bid meetings and scope reviews
• review estimates prepared by Client Service Managers
• provide technical estimating guidance
• coordinate with Operations, Sales Leadership, and Project Management
• manage the estimating pipeline and records
• track proposal outcomes
• maintain vendor and subcontractor relationships and current cost information.
