Overnight Member Services Representative

Job overview

The Overnight Member Services Representative role is onsite in Leesburg, VA. Pay is $17 per hour. The representative supports the member experience at a Crunch Fitness club, serving as the first and last point of contact during visits. The role exists to welcome members and guests, support membership processes, and keep front-desk operations running smoothly. Through check-in, service scheduling, sales, and responsive assistance, the representative contributes to member retention, lead conversion, and the club’s brand culture.

What you'll do

• Greet members and guests and check them in according to company procedures
• facilitate messages in club software
• answer phones professionally
• communicate special events
• respond to member requests or refer them to a manager
• sell memberships and retail products
• schedule and process payment for member services
• maintain knowledge of club facilities, services, and schedules
• keep the work area clean and organized
• perform opening and closing duties and projects delegated by club management
• follow company policies and attend department and employee training meetings.
