What you'll do

• Own paid media strategy and execution across Meta, TikTok, Google Ads, and emerging channels
• manage budgets and optimize for profitable customer growth and performance targets
• build creative and conversion testing programs
• identify growth constraints and prioritize tests
• analyze and report campaign results and recommendations
• develop campaign concepts and launch strategies
• coordinate briefs and creative needs with creative and influencer partners
• help shape social content strategy
• monitor platform changes, consumer trends, and growth opportunities.
