Business Systems & Integration Manager

The Business Systems & Integration Manager role is hybrid in Longmont, CO, with Monday–Thursday in the office and Fridays remote eligible. The pay range is $120,000–$140,000 per year, with up to 10% bonus potential. The role supports HydraPak’s global technology environment and business decision-making. The role exists to connect and improve business systems, data flows, and workflows so the company can make timely, accurate decisions and scale operations. It leads systems architecture and integrations, advances AI-assisted automation, and oversees aspects of IT infrastructure support.

What you'll do

• Own and evolve business systems architecture and maintain a three-year systems roadmap
• partner with Sales, Operations, and Finance to improve workflows
• build and maintain integrations among core business platforms
• audit data synchronization and maintain ERP data integrity
• oversee configuration and performance of core applications
• identify inefficiencies and develop AI-assisted workflows
• train staff in large language model use
• support governance and secure rollout of AI tools
• oversee IT support activities when needed.
