The Operations Controller works onsite in Lakeland, FL, with an in-office requirement and a Monday–Friday schedule. Pay is $95,000–$100,000 per year. The role supports Canteen’s regional financial activities; Canteen provides food, service, and workplace solutions including markets, office coffee and snacks, unattended retail, and culinary services. The controller oversees accounting activity for assigned accounts and assists the Regional Director of Finance. The role supports sound financial operations through cash controls, reconciliations, reporting, budgeting, forecasting, and cost management.

What you'll do

• Oversee cash-handling procedures
• reconcile and analyze balance sheet accounts
• analyze financial results
• track monthly profit-and-loss and balance-sheet activity
• develop forecasts and budgets
• review general ledger and balance sheets
• resolve accounting and reconciliation issues
• prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports and audit reporting
• maintain inventory and cost controls
• administer payroll and human resources
• complete related duties and projects.
