Staff Accountant

What you'll do

• Record and reconcile revenue
• review service activity, work orders, pricing, credits, and customer accounts
• support monthly billing and resolve discrepancies
• maintain inventory records and reconcile subledgers to the general ledger
• support counts and inventory corrections
• prepare journal entries, accruals, reconciliations, and schedules
• support monthly close, accounts payable and receivable, cash and bank reconciliations, audits, controls, tax filings, and process improvements.

Why this role
