Associate Attorney

The Associate Attorney role is onsite in Albuquerque, NM, with a Monday–Friday schedule from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM. The stated annual base salary range is $200,000–$400,000, plus performance bonuses paid twice monthly. The attorney represents injured clients through case investigation, negotiation, and litigation, working to maximize recovery for the harm they suffered. The role includes client consultations, evidence and coverage assessment, settlement evaluation, litigation preparation, and collaboration with case-support colleagues to move cases efficiently.

What you'll do

• Meet with clients, build trust, and document facts concerning liability, damages, and coverage. Direct investigations, assess insurance coverage, and gather evidence. Prepare cases for trial, evaluate settlement value, negotiate with adjusters, file suit when necessary, and guide clients through litigation. Prepare pleadings and discovery
• plan for trial, mediation, or arbitration. Review and sign team-drafted correspondence and collaborate to advance cases. Attend daily 8:00 AM huddles and review out-of-standard cases weekly with the lead attorney.
