This entry-level role develops estimating accuracy and workflow skills while preparing standard residential Quick Bid estimates and proposals. Its work supports timely, well-documented HVAC bids and helps the estimating department build capacity for more complex requests.

What you'll do

• Complete takeoffs for standard residential Quick Bid jobs
• review blueprints, specifications, and past project data to estimate labor, materials, and equipment
• prepare itemized takeoff lists
• apply department pricing standards and assigned margin tiers
• prepare proposals and formal contracts using templates
• apply return-air and airflow rules
• use Salesforce Opportunities and complete Plan Review entries
• organize files
• make directed HVAC blueprint revisions
• triage lot-specific requests and escalate complex work
• communicate with sales, designers, and supervisors.
