What you'll do

• Plan and implement assigned projects
• establish timelines, assign tasks, coordinate agendas and logistics, track deliverables and data, and report progress
• collaborate with staff, volunteers, consultants, and vendors
• coordinate program and event execution
• define event goals and implementation plans
• promote collaborative regional events
• submit and monitor budgets and deadlines
• confirm venue arrangements
• review purchase orders and invoices
• coordinate marketing materials and online registration pages
• inspect venues as needed
• staff events and train volunteers.
