What you'll do

• Develop and deliver hands-on training for operators, technicians, assemblers, and inspectors
• train employees on assembly, wiring, soldering, torque, measurement, testing, inspection, and equipment operation
• create and maintain training materials
• evaluate competency
• maintain training and certification records
• identify skill gaps with cross-functional teams
• support onboarding and cross-training
• and improve training content based on feedback and standards.
