LINE OF RESPONSIBILITY : The Dental Assistant is under the direct supervision of the attending Dentist, and otherwise reports to the Dental Practice Manager. PURPOSE : To provide, with the Dentist, four-handed assistance, and the dental staff with quality care for patients. Maintaining instruments and machinery. Proper cleaning and sterilization of instruments and handpieces.
