The Head Teacher, Severe Disabilities, All Levels role is onsite in East Walpole, MA. The annual salary range is $69,500–$80,000, depending on degree, license, and certification status. League School for Autism’s mission is to support student growth through education and advocacy in an inclusive community. The teacher develops and delivers individualized instruction and therapeutic programming for students with autism and related social communication challenges. The role coordinates with multidisciplinary colleagues, tracks student progress, and implements each student’s education and behavior plans.

What you'll do

• Collaborate with the team to develop Individual Education Programs
• contribute to behavioral intervention plans, sensory diets, social pragmatic programming, and daily living-skill techniques
• collect and analyze student performance data
• implement treatment programs and IEP/BIP accommodations and services
• deliver curriculum based on Massachusetts Frameworks
• prepare lesson plans, reports, and assessments
• facilitate classroom meetings and conferences
• maintain classroom schedules and complete MCAS assessment requirements.
