The Packaging Machine Operator, First Shift role is an onsite, full-time position in Sun Prairie, WI. Compensation is not specified. The operator sets up and runs packaging machines to produce quality finished packages while following safety, food-safety, and regulatory procedures. The role also supports line performance through equipment checks, documentation, communication, and training of line employees as needed.

• Set up and operate packaging machines
• inspect equipment before startup and changeovers
• ensure finished products meet customer and regulatory requirements
• follow safety and food-quality procedures
• maintain accurate records
• oversee safe and efficient line operation
• communicate with coworkers, supervisors, and maintenance staff
• and train line employees as needed.

Why this role
