SAP Warehouse Management Functional Support and Training Consultant

What you'll do

• Provide day-to-day SAP Warehouse Management support
• assist with inbound and outbound processing, putaway, picking, packing, inventory, and warehouse movements
• investigate execution, inventory, RF, and document-flow incidents
• determine whether issues involve configuration, data, interfaces, devices, transactions, or user procedures
• train users in Spanish and English
• maintain procedures and training materials
• coordinate with SAP MM, IM, and PP resources
• help troubleshoot IDoc, EDI, RF, and interface issues
• and support testing, go-live stabilization, hypercare, production incidents, and continuous improvement.
