Testing Engineer — AI Server Production

Job overview

Compensation is $130,000–$155,000 per year. The Testing Engineer role is onsite in Santa Clara, CA. Annual Foxconn is an electronics manufacturer, and this position supports AI server testing in manufacturing and production environments. The engineer prepares and supports production test operations, troubleshoots test stations and failures, and analyzes yield and test data. The role coordinates with production, diagnostic engineering, repair, quality, and program teams to improve test stability, throughput, and product quality across new product introduction, ramp, and sustaining operations.

What you'll do

• Support daily AI server production testing and station readiness
• set up, verify, maintain, and troubleshoot test stations, fixtures, cables, equipment, software images, and scripts
• monitor yield, retest rates, downtime, failure trends, cycle time, and test data
• analyze failures and coordinate escalations
• maintain procedures and records
• and provide production support and training as needed.
