What you'll do

• Develop a long-term innovation roadmap
• lead menu, beverage, and product innovation from concept through launch
• identify trends
• partner with culinary, operations, marketing, finance, and development
• oversee sourcing, procurement, distribution, inventory, and supplier partnerships
• negotiate supplier agreements
• improve costs and margins
• establish operational standards
• oversee equipment strategy, kitchen and bar design, and workflows
• evaluate technologies and processes
• build and develop teams
• measure and communicate business impact.
