What you'll do

• Develop and maintain a training program in accordance with DISAC 310-70-1
• create training plans and schedules
• provide hands-on circuit troubleshooting instruction in the training lab
• configure and maintain lab equipment
• conduct weekly in-person initial qualification classes and periodic refresher classes
• maintain training records
• incorporate relevant telecommunications technology updates
• coordinate with other departments.
