What you'll do

• Advise enterprise clients on platform adoption and hiring strategy
• lead business reviews
• analyze recruitment marketing and hiring performance
• provide dashboards and recommendations
• support forecasting, budget pacing, and workforce planning
• guide technology implementation and optimization
• coordinate integrations and data quality with internal teams
• support recruitment marketing campaigns
• identify account-growth opportunities
• partner with Sales and Customer Success on account plans.
