What you'll do

• Develop and lead the hospital’s IT strategy and roadmap
• advise executive leadership on healthcare IT, digital transformation, and cybersecurity
• lead Epic EMR governance, implementation, maintenance, upgrades, and optimization
• align Epic functionality with clinical, operational, and revenue-cycle workflows
• oversee IT operations and system availability
• direct cybersecurity, disaster recovery, business continuity, and data protection
• establish policies, governance, and performance metrics
• manage budgets, vendors, and contracts
• lead and develop IT staff
• and ensure regulatory, accreditation, and information-security compliance, including HIPAA.
