Sons + Daughters Academy is seeking a lead teacher for its after-school and summer camp programs for school-age children. The lead teacher creates a safe, engaging environment where children can learn, play, and grow. The role plans activities, supervises support staff, and communicates with families to support a high-quality program throughout the year.

• Plan and implement recreational, educational, and team-building activities
• supervise children and support their safety and well-being
• lead and mentor assistant teachers, camp counselors, and volunteers
• maintain a clean, organized classroom and recreational environment
• build positive relationships with parents through regular updates and professional communication.
