What you'll do

• Conduct athlete and adult assessments and consultations, identify goals and needs, recommend training solutions, and sell memberships, personal training, and small-group training.
• Generate leads through community marketing, local partnerships, schools, sports organizations, referrals, events, networking, and social media.
• Build referral relationships, follow up on opportunities, and meet sales and revenue goals.
• The role requires flexibility for some evenings and weekends.
