What you'll do

• Manage end-to-end partner onboarding projects and escalations
• provide operational support for content pipeline, metadata, feed, and payment issues
• explain technical integration requirements and Creator Studio capabilities to partners
• coordinate with business development, partners, and engineering
• track tickets and resolutions
• report onboarding progress and partner health
• support international expansion readiness
• improve processes and manage recurring partner syncs.
