Validation Engineer II

The Validation Engineer II role is onsite in Cranston, RI, with compensation of $83,800–$105,000 per year. The engineer leads and supports validation work across projects, helping ensure systems and processes meet regulatory requirements. The role develops and executes protocols, maintains documentation, assesses risk, supports compliance and training, and works with engineering, quality assurance, manufacturing, and suppliers on validation and improvement activities.

What you'll do

• Develop and execute validation protocols, including IQ, OQ, PQ, and TMV
• maintain validation plans, reports, and SOPs
• conduct risk assessments and manage change controls
• support GMP, GLP, CSV, and data integrity compliance
• collaborate on validation strategy and training
• monitor system performance and lead requalification
• qualify suppliers and vendors
• contribute to process improvement.
