What you'll do

• Monitor alarms, video surveillance, and AI-assisted detection platforms.
• Perform CCTV monitoring and live tracking.
• Receive and respond to emergency and non-emergency calls.
• Coordinate multi-channel dispatch operations.
• Maintain incident logs and documentation.
• Conduct first-level troubleshooting for security devices.
• Escalate system health concerns.
• Provide situational awareness to leadership.
