This role leads and mentors a maintenance crew, organizes daily work, and delivers horticultural services that keep residential landscapes in good condition and meet customer expectations.
What you'll do
- Lead, mentor, and motivate the maintenance crew
- plan and prioritize daily work
- perform spring clean-up, mowing, pruning, bed care, seasonal color, and snow and ice control
- promote safe equipment, tool, and vehicle operation
- communicate with clients and team members
- maintain residential landscapes.
