What you'll do

• Plan, develop, and provide diet interventions, medical nutrition therapy, and nutrition counseling.
• Monitor nutritional care of clients/patients/residents of all ages.
• Determine nutritional status through assessment, develop care plans, and implement nutrition therapy.
• Provide education for disease and nutrition risk management.
• Evaluate treatments for effectiveness using an evidence-based approach.
• Optimize self-management education for chronic conditions.
• Recognize and provide for nutritional needs based on cultural, ethnic, and religious beliefs.

What we're looking for

Education

Bachelor's degree in dietetics or food and nutrition

Experience

Bachelor's degree in dietetics or food and nutrition; clinical nutrition experience through an approved program or internship; Registered Dietitian (RD) license; CDR registration.
