Personal Care Attendant (PCA) – Long-Day Shifts

Job overview

The Personal Care Attendant (PCA) role is onsite in clients’ homes in Austin, TX, with long-day shifts. Pay is $15–$18 per hour. The role supports seniors and adults in living safely and comfortably at home through the Right at Home team. The attendant helps clients with personal care and daily living, companionship, safety, mobility, transfers, meals, and light housekeeping. This support helps clients maintain independence in their homes.
