Customer Service Representative — Service Business Development Center

Job overview

The Customer Service Representative role is onsite in Sarasota, FL, with compensation of $16–$19 per hour. The representative supports Sunset Automotive Group’s Business Development Center by responding to customers and scheduling service appointments for its service center. The role handles inbound customer questions in Spanish and English and makes outbound service reminders to current clients. It helps customers identify service needs, schedule and confirm appointments, and supports satisfaction follow-up and repeat business.

• Respond to internet and phone inquiries in Spanish and English
• determine vehicle service needs through active listening
• call current clients with service reminders
• set, confirm, and follow up on appointments
• follow call and email scripts
• conduct customer satisfaction surveys
• perform other duties as required.
