Offshore Foreman

What you'll do

• Supervise, coordinate, or assist workers according to job requirements
• train workers in repair and construction methods, equipment operation, safety procedures, and company policies
• coordinate with general foremen, superintendents, departments, and contractors
• estimate labor and material needs
• inspect work, equipment, and sites for safety and specifications
• arrange equipment repairs
• maintain operational records, crew timesheets, and Job Safety Analyses
• interpret blueprints and drawings
• determine task priorities and identify needed materials and services.
