This role exists to provide one-on-one behavioral intervention for children with autism. The Registered Behavior Technician implements individualized plans under the guidance of a Board Certified Behavior Analyst to teach essential communication, social, and daily living skills while reducing interfering behaviors.

What you'll do

• Works one-on-one with children, implementing individualized behavior intervention plans under the guidance of a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA).
• Uses evidence-based techniques to teach communication, social, and daily living skills while reducing interfering behaviors.
