The Senior Property Manager (Commercial) role is onsite in Washington, DC. Pay is $115,000–$130,000 per year. The manager oversees commercial properties and their daily operations, providing service to clients, investors, and vendors while managing building teams, finances, leases, maintenance, and sustainability programs. The role supports property performance and responsible building operations.

What you'll do

• Supervise building personnel, prepare bid proposals, and hire outside contractors as authorized
• manage building operations, security, parking, and loading docks
• partner on community engagement
• maintain relationships with clients, vendors, investors, owners, and contractors
• lead operations and ownership meetings
• prepare and manage operating budgets, capital plans, reports, and reforecasts with accounting
• complete accounts payable and receivable functions with accounting
• oversee lease administration
• create and manage emergency preparedness programs
• manage sustainability programs and LEED certifications
• perform commercial property management for other assigned properties.

Why this role

Requires 5–10+ years of commercial property management experience and a bachelor’s degree in business or a related field. Mixed-use or retail experience and listed property or sustainability credentials are preferred.
