What you'll do

• Lead, coach, and develop Service Advisors and Technicians

• set expectations and accountability
• ensure compliance with Ford policies, warranty requirements, service programs, and dealership standards
• oversee repair orders, workflow, and warranty processes
• resolve escalated customer concerns
• recruit, train, develop, and retain employees
• and maintain a safe, organized department.
