What you'll do

• Handle high-volume customer calls and inquiries
• troubleshoot parking access and revenue control systems
• adjust customer accounts and make financial decisions to protect or collect revenue
• enter service data, track issues, prepare activity reports, process invoices, and support parking permits and account reconciliation.
