The Prep Cook and Dishwasher role is an onsite position in Arlington, MA. Dishwasher pay is $18–$20 per hour; prep cook pay is $19–$22 per hour. Tatte’s bakeries and cafés serve handcrafted food and hospitality inspired by Eastern Mediterranean and Levant traditions. The role supports the Savory Team in preparing dishes from scratch and maintaining clean, sanitary kitchen operations. Prep cooks follow chef-prepared lists, handle ingredients and storage, and assist with food preparation; dishwashers care for the dish machine and keep dishware and cookware clean and available.

What you'll do

• Prep cooks follow chef-created prep lists
• label and stock ingredients
• wash, chop, sort, and measure ingredients
• follow nutrition and sanitation standards
• track inventory
• store food properly
• monitor food and cooling-room temperatures
• and maintain a clean kitchen. Dishwashers care for the dish machine and maintain clean dishware, glassware, silverware, utensils, and cookware while following sanitation standards.
