What you'll do

• Pick up trash and maintain property cleanliness
• maintain pool, laundry, mail, and recreation areas
• clear debris from sidewalks, walkways, and parking areas
• clean and rake shrub areas and remove mud or snow as needed
• plant flowers and shrubs as directed
• assist with fencing repairs, cleanup, and other physical tasks
• report maintenance or safety concerns
• assist the maintenance team.
