Human Resources & Safety Specialist

What you'll do

• Manage employee relations, recruiting, hiring, onboarding, and offboarding
• support performance management and HR policies
• maintain employee records
• coordinate employee training and payroll backup
• administer safety programs and training
• maintain safety documentation and certification tracking
• assist with incident investigations, audits, and regulatory reporting
• coordinate safety meetings and field safety initiatives.
