Community Association Manager (CAM)

What you'll do

• Support and manage assigned community associations
• communicate with boards and homeowners
• attend board and membership meetings and prepare agendas, minutes, and reports
• inspect properties and coordinate repairs
• respond to homeowner requests and complaints
• assist with budgets, financial records, invoices, collections, bids, and vendor relations
• maintain association records
• coordinate with legal, auditing, and engineering professionals
• handle after-hours emergencies on call.

Why this role

Requires an active Florida CAM license, a valid driver’s license, reliable transportation, and previous HOA or condominium association management experience. A high school diploma or GED is required.
