The role exists to provide early-career talent with a comprehensive understanding of software engineering through six-month rotations. Participants gain hands-on experience in areas such as front-end and back-end development, DevOps, and AI-enabled software development, preparing them for future leadership opportunities within the organization.

What you'll do

• Rotate through functional areas including Front-end development, Back-end development, DevOps & Site Reliability Engineering, and AI-Enabled Software Development.
• Participate in personal growth activities, including specialized onboarding and one-on-one mentorship from a Software Engineering leader.
• Collaborate with program peers on business initiatives and present rotational learnings in leadership report-out meetings.
