What you'll do

• Operate and maintain rack-washing equipment
• follow the three-sink containment procedure
• clean floors with a floor scrubber
• follow Zone 1, Zone 2, and Zone 3 procedures and color-code protocols
• check equipment temperatures and sanitizer PPM levels
• follow PPE requirements and Good Manufacturing Practices
• inspect cleaned areas for residue
• assist with other tasks as directed.
