Commercial Litigation Attorney, Mid-Level Associate to Of Counsel

The Commercial Litigation Attorney role is in-office in Coral Gables, FL, with hybrid flexibility of one to two remote days per week possible after full integration. Compensation is commensurate with experience and level of entry; numeric compensation is not specified. The attorney will join a Miami boutique focused exclusively on sophisticated business litigation. The role exists to manage complex commercial matters independently through litigation and trial preparation. It contributes to the firm’s client work by handling disputes, conducting and defending depositions, and arguing substantive motions in court.

What you'll do

• Manage an active commercial litigation caseload
• handle matters from pleadings through trial preparation, including business, contract, shareholder and partnership, fiduciary duty, real estate, and banking and financial services disputes
• take and defend depositions
• argue substantive motions in court
• participate in discovery, motion practice, hearings, mediation, and trial preparation.
