What you'll do

• Work with the Director to hire, train, and supervise program managers and home care providers
• review program budgets and proposals
• provide crisis response and critical incident support
• support program managers with staff oversight, incident reporting, documentation, inspections, client goals, placements, and provider compliance
• coordinate client moves and follow-up on medical and quality assurance issues
• provide on-call coverage as assigned
• monitor Therap program quality and generate billing data in the director’s absence.
