The Senior Human Resources Business Partner role is hybrid, based in Los Angeles, CA or Las Vegas, NV, with approximately 65% onsite presence at the Los Angeles office and museum site. Compensation is $140,000–$155,000 per year, plus an annual bonus and options. Museum of Ice Cream is expanding its U.S. museum operations and building people systems for a growing, multi-site business. The role strengthens employee relations, manager capability, performance management, and workforce planning across museum teams. It builds scalable processes, training, reporting, and tools so people practices are more consistent and proactive as the organization grows.

What you'll do

• Partner with U.S. museum and operations leaders on workforce planning, manager capability, performance, and employee experience
• develop and scale employee relations processes
• guide complex employee relations matters
• create and facilitate manager training
• lead performance management and calibration
• build development planning frameworks
• develop people systems, dashboards, and reporting
• partner across People Operations, Talent, Employee Experience, Legal, and Operations
• travel to U.S. museums as needed.
