What you'll do

• Lead, coach, and develop CRE Document Officers and Document Services Specialists
• establish team goals, service standards, productivity expectations, and quality metrics
• oversee complex loan documentation preparation, review, and closing
• advise on documentation requirements, policy interpretation, and exceptions
• coordinate with relationship managers, credit, underwriting, loan administration, legal counsel, and external attorneys
• maintain procedures and documentation standards
• improve processes and monitor service levels
• oversee quality control, compliance, audit responses, and business continuity plans.
