What you'll do

• Assist with daily food preparation and mise en place
• prepare ingredients and menu items according to recipes and chef direction
• assist across stations
• maintain portion sizes and food quality
• set up and break down stations
• store and label food
• follow FIFO rotation and food-safety procedures
• clean and sanitize work areas and equipment.
