Operations Associate

The Operations Associate role is onsite in Athens, GA, and compensation is $12.50 per hour. Gopuff delivers everyday essentials to customers day and night. This role supports site operations by picking and packing orders, receiving and managing inventory, maintaining the facility, and preparing food and beverages when applicable. The work helps ensure customer orders are accurate and ready for delivery.

What you'll do

• Pick and pack customer orders
• receive and unpack vendor products and resolve inventory discrepancies
• manage inventory and canceled orders
• clean and organize the facility
• follow FIFO practices to manage waste and spoilage
• contact customers about substitutions or out-of-stock items
• safely scan and move products
• prepare and package food and beverages
• follow food safety and sanitation guidelines
• stage and hand off orders.
