Area Director

Job overview

The Area Director role is hybrid in Greeneville, TN, with regular travel within assigned markets for on-site leadership. Compensation is $31–$36 per hour. The role oversees service delivery across assigned residential, host-home, and day programs where applicable. The director is accountable for safe, compliant, person-centered services and operational performance across programs. The role coordinates staffing, client outcomes, care plans, documentation, incident response, and regulatory readiness in partnership with internal departments and external stakeholders.

What you'll do

• Oversee day-to-day operations across assigned programs and homes
• monitor client progress and safety
• ensure person-centered plans are implemented
• conduct site visits and drive corrective actions
• recruit, onboard, train, and schedule staff
• coordinate care with providers and service coordinators
• ensure documentation and incident reporting compliance
• oversee client funds processes
• maintain survey readiness and monitor service authorizations and utilization.
