What you'll do

• Provide customer service to staff, visitors, and contractors at a government corrections location by carrying out site-specific procedures and access-control requirements
• Conduct regular and random armed patrols of assigned buildings, grounds, parking areas, and perimeter areas
• Monitor access points, verify credentials, and control entry and exit
• Respond to incidents, alarms, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner
• Maintain required reports, activity logs, and incident documentation.
