What you'll do

• Oversee daily activities of assigned Class A CDL drivers.
• Monitor and enforce compliance with DOT and FMCSA regulations.
• Manage driver performance, including ELD compliance and route adherence.
• Track performance indicators like on-time service and asset utilization.
• Coordinate driver-capacity plans.
• Support driver attendance tracking and employee relations.
• Communicate with customers and internal leadership.
• Ensure accurate documentation and recordkeeping.
