The technician prepares, labels, stores, and monitors blood components and supports distribution operations, including orders, shipments, returns, and inventory. The role contributes to safe, quality-controlled handling and timely movement of blood products while following procedures and regulatory requirements.

What you'll do

• Prepare blood components and recovered plasma
• pack and ship plasma
• maintain and store components with temperature monitoring
• label blood and products
• perform quality control and preventative maintenance
• operate bexWISE systems
• process daily orders, shipments, and returns
• manage inventory and resources
• support importing, exporting, and irradiation of blood products
• dispose of biohazardous materials.
