What you'll do

• Serve as primary contact for assigned accounts
• maintain customer relationships and follow up on quotations, orders, and delivery updates
• obtain vendor pricing, availability, lead times, and schedules
• coordinate procurement and order fulfillment
• monitor order status and communicate updates
• collaborate with procurement, project management, warehouse, operations, and finance teams
• prepare quotations, reports, and order documentation
• maintain accurate account and order records
• help resolve customer and vendor issues.
